Scan One's Customer Access Portal (CAP) is a system that is utilized by Scan One and available to customers to enhance and facilitate critical project processes. It is an environment where all parties have comprehensive visibility and access to important components of the process. Customers can collaborate/log issues with Scan One teams using the Discussion module, upload and manage files and tables with the Reference Data module, and review and audit contracted SLA measurements with the Reports module.
