Document Control
Scan One's Control Desk Operations (CDO) program (a web-based application developed internally) allows staff to immediately identify the status of any daily production jobs and 'on track' progress. This system tracks thousands of daily events to ensure every step of every customer's project is addressed in order to complete work accurately and on time. It provides a system of tracked events that must happen in order for subsequent events to occur.

We aim to always exceed our customer's expectations and with our formal Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) program/manager, we are constantly scrutinizing and improving our already meticulous processes. This philosophy behind this critical program is to align business goals, focus on customer satisfaction, perform regular benchmarking, to build and implement control points for every process which ultimately provides an outcome of improved processes and efficiencies.

Our employees participate in regular HIPAA training and quarterly confirmations. Security on all levels is managed rigorously from the moment your documents enter our chain of custody. At any moment we can tell you who has touched your document, physically or electronically, and what transaction took place.
