At Scan One, our most valuable assets are our employees. Our turnover of core employees has been less than 5% over the past 20 years. This retention of knowledge is what has made it possible for us to refine our process to the point where is it unrivaled in the competitive market place.

At any given time, we are operating well above our minimum production-staff requirement, which means you will never need to worry about your internal process breaking down due to loss of trained staff. Process
Our passion for process management is evident from the moment you enter our headquarters. Tracking monitors are everywhere, including the conference room. Twenty-four hours a day, 365 days a year, these monitors provide visual status for each and every job we have in queue. Even our receptionist is aware when a job is approaching the 'red zone' and needs attention fast.

All documents that enter our chain of custody are tracked meticulously. Documents are bar-coded, batched, and received into the system from your dedicated post office box. At any point in the process, we can tell you who 'touched' your document and what transactions took place, whether it is an invoice, a catalog, or just a piece of junk mail.

With Scan One, you have instant access to industry best practices. We are dedicated to continuous process and technology improvement. Six Sigma is firmly embedded in our culture. We maintain rigorous security with regular HIPAA training/reconfirmation and a variety of audits including SAS 70 Type II.

Technology
Scan One's roots are in technology. We have been a leader in paper solutions technology for over 20 years. Founded in 1983, Scan One was originally a reseller of document imaging systems. In 1994, we began scanning documents in our capture center, and in 1997, we transitioned to a pure service model. By 1999, we were very involved in web technology, which lead to the creation of our Online Document Center (ODC).
